Restrictions and Requirements

  • Only licensed physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, veterinarians or facilities licensed by the United States Government to obtain prescription items and medications can order from Lula Pharms. You must have a valid DEA license as well as a valid license from your State to place an order with us. Orders that do not qualify for shipping will be canceled

  • Federal and State restrictions and regulations apply to all orders, and a completed copy of our DEA Questionnaire will be required, as well as a DEA-222 form for the shipment of any controlled Class II medications.

  • All DEA-regulated items are for facility/office use only and no personal consumption is allowed.  

  • Quantity, availability, quotas, and other restrictions apply to orders.

Placing your order

To place and order for non-controlled, Class III, IV, or V controlled products, or over-the-counter medications, complete the order form and submit it to sales@lulapharms.com or call us at 901-473-9300. After your order is submitted, a member of our experienced sales team will reach out to you for confirmation prior to shipping.

Payment

  • Our preferred method of payment is by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

  • Wire transfers and checks are also accepted, however all orders paid by these methods are held until the wire transfer is completed or until the check clears.

  • All orders are shipped via Ground unless faster shipments are requested.

  • We also offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air
